HOW MANY DAYS SHOULD I CLEANSE AND HOW OFTEN?
We offer cleanses from one to three days long, but if you want to do a longer cleanse, we can provide that for you.
For best results, we recommend doing the full three-day cleanse. This gives your gut enough time to flush itself and it gives the mind and body time to adjust to the new influx of nutrient-dense foods. This way, after the cleanse, you will crave foods that make you feel good.
While you could do a one-day cleanse as often as once or twice a week, we advise longer cleanses to be done only once or twice a month.
HOW IS A JUICE CLEANSE GOING TO MAKE ME FEEL?
Every body reacts differently to a juice cleanse. Many people feel that the first day is the most challenging and is when they feel the most sluggish and tired. Days two and three are typically when you start to feel energized and light.
You may have cravings for foods that have high fat or sodium content, but you won’t be hungry. The juices are consumed frequently throughout the day and you will be pleasantly surprised that you feel satiated all day long, especially if you are drinking plenty of water.
The day after your cleanse, we advise you to ease back in to solid foods. Start with raw fruits and veggies, a smoothie, or a salad with very little dressing. Fatty foods immediately after a juice cleanse will hurt your stomach.
